And, tomorrow, I will take my precious firstborn to Kindergarten. At first, he wasn't so excited about starting school. But, as it gets closer, he's at least curious and anxious to see what it will be like.I'm not ready. Wasn't it just yesterday I was bringing him home? Time goes by so fast.
We went for his screening a couple of days ago, and, according to the school secretary, he did great. I did hear him read several words to her and I know he is ready. We also got to meet his teacher, who seems super sweet. We are blessed to know that he will be in a school where he not only learns about math and reading and science and social studies, but also about Jesus. Its going to be a great experience.
But I'm sure going to miss having him around all day...and his brothers will, too.
